Fitbit sense won't turn on

My sense is fairly new and it's already been randomly shutting off on me but this time I can't get it to come back on. If I set it on the charger or hold the button for 10 seconds the logo come on like it's going to turn on but then a line goes across the screen and it cuts out and does it over again. It will do that a few times untill giving up and staying off.

Return it and get your money back don't say it broken just say you changed your mind.

I got mine less than 10 hours ago and it won't turn back on at all after it turned it off. To say I'm disappointed is a understatement.

I just got mine yesterday. It worked all day and not that long ago it wasn't synching to my phone so I turned it off but now I can't get it to turn on again. I've plugged it in and it's not doing anything.
