Fitbit sense won’t turn on

Hi!

 

I charged my Fitbit sense to full capacity this morning. A few minutes ago (about 12 hours after charging), I noticed the side button wasn’t working yet my Fitbit was working perfectly fine just a few minutes before. It appears my device shut off and I’m not sure why. Clearly it still had battery life. I’ve tried plugging it in but it won’t charge and the screen won’t turn on at all, I even switched outlets and it still won’t charge! I’ve only had this thing 2 months max so I’m not very happy about this 😞

Did you try holding the side button down until you see the Fitbit icon?  About 10-15 seconds.

That is the restart.

Yeah it’s completely dead that didn’t do anything 😞

Ok there are some other threads out there discussing the same issue. Could be the cord, battery etc.

3 days ago same thing happened to me. Chatted with support who made me hold the power on button till it powered back up. It powered on but the Fitbit icon just kept blinking on and off. Customer support had me send it back for replacement....my only concern is yesterday I called to give them the tracking number to my watch I was sending back. Some broken English guy answered my call which was so hard to understand from his birds chirping in the background and kids talking didn't help..Unfortunately they won't send out a new one till they receive my watch. I sure hope I made the right choice!
