Hello,

I just recently bought 2 Fitbit sense watches. Mine is working fine however, my wife's Fitbit won't turn on. I have tried troubleshooting by pressing the power and holding for over a minute. There is no vibrate or anything. It was working fine yesterday. Any thoughts?
