Is fitbit  sense ecg works in Pakistan

I cannot say yes or no to your exact question. 
I can tell you if you switch your region to US you will have it. 

Edit: sorry that’s for the EDA scan. US is supposed to have ECG in October as one of the first batch of countries. 
Either way when it is released changing region will allow you access to it.

@csa54 - unfortunately there is no date yet given for ECG in Pakistan.
