Fitbit won't turn on/charge

Fitbit won't charge or turn on. Ive tried holding the "button" down for 10 seconds, 20 seconds. Nothing happens. Had it on a charger and it's not showing its charging. Ive cleaned the sensor part on the watch and the charger. Shows last synced 65 days?

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear that your Sense is not charging, or turning on. Many thanks for the troubleshooting steps you tried.
