Hi @shorty67 after not being used, you'll need to be sure you update the device, the app and do a few restarts of it. What's going on with it? There is no repair shop to send these devices.

Hi @shorty67 - presumably its not charging - as others say it may take a while to resuscitate.
However it could need cleaning or the charge cable might be faulty, see links and instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen which should get you sorted.
