Floor Count

Hello,

My Sense is counting floors when I have not taken stairs. It results in my floor count being so high that I have received badges for exercise not done. I now have Out Space badge for floors lol. I have tried everything suggested. I also had the same issue with the Fitbit Charge I used to wear. Can this be fixed. Why can’t we at least be able to edit the floors, so make the count accurate?

Hi @Robeeno  - it's seems to be a general issue with the floor count due to a firmware change and you cannot do anything to fix it other than being at the latest firmware level available.

If you are interested in how the pressure sensor is working you can try the SimpleFloors app.

Apart from showing how the sensor is working it attempts to get a realistic floor count for test purposes only. To see if the watch is working properly.

Thanks for the response Guy_.  I wish we could at least edit the floors details to make it a true count. I can edit all my other exercise details so I don’t know why FitBit made it so we could not edit the floors. I just find it odd that after all this time the problem has never been fixed.
