very disappointed, was getting dressed, the band came loose from the Fitbit itself and dropped on the floor. When I went to pick it up it was cracked, contacted support to be told there is nothing they can do and offered a 35% discount on a 5-month-old purchase. More than heartbroken. I think Fitbit has lost a loyal customer and Apple gained one!

Hi @sdechief  - while breakage is outside normal warranty 35% discount is standard.

You may be able to claim glass breakage on household insurance, also check credit card coverage for accidental damage.
