I'm reading many of the help issues on this forum and several are related to my issue of "syncing." I've just set up my new Sense and for the first 2 days it synced each day, even though I am not sure why it had to do this since I set up everything. Anyway, today it will not sync, therefore I cannot access sleeping, voice, notifications, weather...... I have done everything possible thanks to the Help Forum with no solution. I am frustrated and would like to return this for a basic one. This seems to be a common and recurring problem. Has anyone had success doing something different from the Forum suggestions?

I am running into the same issue. I’ve done everything on the forums. I might give it until tomorrow before I call customer service.

I would really like to give this device a fair shot, and I will also try to phone Customer Service although I am sure I will be frustrated just waiting. I hate to return it, but after reading all these exact complaints about syncing, I really don't have great expectations of being able to rectify this problem ( or glitch)

I agree 100%. I have had positive experiences with FitBit customer service and they have always rectified the issue whether it be a replacement or app update. Hopefully we get it fixed soon

Without knowing anything about your phones. The best I can do is point you to a list of steps that others have found to help with their sync issues.

Hi Rich. I have an iPhone 8 Plus. My phone is up to date on software. I went through the steps in that link already. It (sense) seems to be syncing today however.

hi Elena - Out of the blue, this fitbit just synced with all yesterday and the day before information. I have no idea what I did.
It's currently working but I am now wondering if the exact same thing will occur tomorrow????!!!!!

Same here. I took the Sense off last night figuring I would deal with it in the morning (today). I put the watch on this morning, opened the app and it synced without a problem. Maybe there was a glitch in the matrix 😆
