Fully charged Fitbit sense won’t turn back on.

I’ve been having issues with syncing my sense. I followed all the steps. I forgot device from my Bluetooth which didn’t work properly as it still shows up and says connected but I can’t click into it. So I removed sense from my devices and turned off my sense hoping to set it up again. And now my Fitbit sense won’t turn on. I’ve done all the obvious such as cleaning charging ports and charging it again but nothing seems to be working.

can you press the button on the side does it vibrate when you do if yes maybe then this will help fix it just worth a try hold the button down like your trying to do a soft reboot soft reboot normally takes 10-15 seconds but in this case it might take 30ish seconds to a minute just keep holding it down until you see it reboot up if not get in contact with support if it still under warranty take it back to the store don't say anything wrong with it just say you changed your mind get a full refund then go buy a new sense.

It could be that the watch is not charging and is now flat, so you can't turn it on.

Normally placing it on the charger should start it, if it does not, that is already an indication of it not charging.

Have a look at the suggestion posted here It will help check if its charging.

There are know issues with the Sense chargers, check all 4 pins are equally prominent.

As @Converse  says, if its a charger or watch fault, probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you replace it or the charger under warranty as it is still covered.

I managed to get the Fitbit to switch back on. I had to hold the side for nearly 15 mins to get it to do so. However I still can’t get my Fitbit to sync to the app!

Hi Brittany, what patience!

If it only displays the logo now, try reinstalling it in the Fitbit App with + Set up a Device.

Make sure it's not connected to any other device and there are no other Bluetooth devices on, except your phone, and your watch is charging.

I done all that and it managed to sync. However when I went to sync it again at the end of the day I have the same problem where it’s unable to sync. It’s been doing this for nearly 2 weeks now. The only way I can sync it is to set it all up again and even then I have a hassle trying to do that.
