Getting frustrated – why doesn’t Fitbit support help me solve this problem

I have asked this questions multiple times without any answer from support 

When I try to start a running exercise by voice (google assistant) my sense only do a google search and not starting the running exercise app on the watch.

How can i get this to work again?

Hi, @CTerp, welcome, Google assistant can be quite picky about how instructions are given. Try variations of "start a run", Start running", "start run". I find "Start a run" works. If your problem persists try restarting your Sense, this video demonstrates the process, do not factory reset your device. Revisit the "voice assistant" settings in your phone app and check it is set correctly.

I believe I found the problem. The watch still doesn’t support Danish which I use on google home but found a workaround.

After activating  google assistant on the watch with only English as the language I change the setting to Danish as the first language and English as the second language everything works perfectly and I can speak Danish to the watch and can control my smarthome from the watch in both Danish and English. For some reasons it can’t activate the exercise app on the watch even if I speak English.

Today I removed the Danish language and now I can start the exercise app by voice – also when I sent Danish as the second language.

My new problem is not (which is not related to Fitbit) is that my smarthome has a little difficult to understand Danish (which is what my family want to use)  when it is the second language in the setting.
