Will not sync
ive restarted phone, restarted sense
unpaired both and restarted Bluetooth and Wi-fi
will not re- pair saying error please abort - it’s finds the watch and nos shown on screen but goes no further except the error message

Hi, @Anly, welcome to the community, you seem to know the usual advice about syncing your Fitbit device so I assume you have some experience with Fitbit. In any event, you may find these articles provide the opportunity to review your problem. How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? . You do not mention the make and model of your phone or the O/S you are running. Fitbit-compatible devices has recently been updated.

Thanks - I have now synced it (took over 4 hrs! ) however have a Samsung and iPhone and it will not complete the update on either. It’s also loosing battery and not working so well when I’m swimming. I’ve ordered a polar!

Hi, @Anly , you can only have your Sense on one phone at a time. If you have tried to install it in one device, failed then tried another you need to ensure the first device Bluetooth/wifi is off. Can you tell us in what respect the Sense is not working when you are swimming? I'm a daily swimmer without issues. I look forward to hearing from you.

“Clear user data” on the device and then uninstall/reinstall/setup everything again and that’s what worked for me.
