Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @joselfps1.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Sense. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

If you haven't done so, please turn off Google Assistant and turn it back on. For instructions, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I disconnect my voice assistant?". In addition, you can restart your Watch by following these steps.

Hope this helps.

This is a frequent problem with my Sense.  I can re-connect by:
- Rebooting the Sense.

- Reconnecting Bluetooth (to Sense not Sense Controls)

- Re-activating Google Assistant with the FitBit app on the Pixel Pro 6.

I've not done it enough times to know if I can skip step 1 but skipping straight to step 3 does not work.

Hi @SunsetRunner  - when there is an issue,  does this also work

  • logout of the Fitbit App and login,
  • Head to the home screen on the phone without closing the Fitbit App
  • Click on the sync popup - which should pair and link your watch
  • Reactivate Google Assistant

The disconnection in the first place implies there is a setup problem, such as battery saving closing a component needed to maintain a working connection.
