Google assist answer calls don't work

It appears that my fitbit controls won't stay connected. 

When I try to use Google assist,  it doesn't hear me. 

I can't respond to texts ot answer calls.  I keep hearing this is a known issue  but no real result

Hi @Shlebb you have mentioned at least 2 different problems 

You say that Sense Controls doesn't stay connected. I'm not sure what this means. Are you looking in the BT screen on the phone. If so, that is correct, the controls will only show as connected while being used. 

 

What happens with an incoming call. Are you able to pick up the call from the wrist? 

Of the other party can not here you, maybe the mike is turned off. Found under settings - Audio

 

I'm not sure if Google Assist van answer the call.
