Google assistant reminders not working on Sense

Just like my title, reminders from Google Assistant aren't working on my Sense. I have tried testing it multiple times. I tell it to remind me to set an alarm and I get no vibration or reminders on either my Sense or my phone. I can see all of these reminders in the Google Assistant app but nothing ever vibrates or chimes. I have tried uninstalling the Google Assistant app, restarting my phone and the Sense and it still doesn't work. I have had to go back to Alexa for now because I really need these reminders to notify me. Anyone else having this issue? 

I am on a Galaxy s20+ and my Fitbit app is updated.

@raiiny00 I just tested it and I get the reminder only on my phone. Nothing on Fitbit. I had to enable the notifications from Google app (in Fitbit app) to get a text notification, but I believe it's not what you wanted. I also notice if the notification time is shorter than within 5 minutes, GA will set a reminder as a timer and vibrate on your watch. I will inquire about it.

Yes I noticed the timer thing too if i did a test for just a few minutes out. Normally I wouldn't be. I did click the box for notifications for the GA app in the fitbit app but still didn't receive anything on my watch. Kinda a bummer I hope they can get this to work similar to Alexa because I won't always be looking at my phone.

@raiiny00 so when you set up the reminder you can't see it on the reminders list on your phone ? I am wondering if this has something to do that Samsung uses natively Bixby. What happens when you try to set up reminder on your phone using GA on your phone?

When I set a reminder in the fitbit, I can see it in the reminders in my GA app. I now figured out how to get notifications on the phone itself, but still no notification on the fitbit, even with notifications checked in the Fitbit app. I actually never used the app to set a reminder, and I did just now the reminders don't add to the list in the app. Very confusing.

Try restarting the phone and the watch and see if this works

Okay, I have been testing all morning, No reminders on Watch.

I can see reminders on phone and watch in assistant but only get notified on my phone.

@MaddogWLV @raiiny00 the only way to see reminders on the watch is by enabling notifications from Google app within the Fitbit mobile app (the same way you enabled notifications for other apps).

Did you get your fitbit sense to link with your galaxy s20 plus? I can't get mine to link
