Google clock or native timer notifications not working.

Got a brand new Sense, and I do not like how the timer only goes up to 99 minutes, so I tried allowing notifications from Google clock or the native timer app on my Asus phone by giving them permission through the fitbit app, but notifications from them aren't being pushed to the tracker. Other notifications from google messages, wechat and email work fine. Already tried removing from bluetooth pairing, restarting the Sense, restarting my phone, and updating to v5.1.1 firmware. Is there some other setting I'm missing?

That is true @NOMAAM the clock app does not send a notification through the notification center.. Therefore Fitbit can not see them.

Does Alexa allow a longer timer?

A work around is to set an alarm.

Thank you Rich_Laue for that clarification. I've read through other forums that other people solved it by allowing alarm app notifications. I guess I may have misunderstood what I read in those forums. I do not use Alexa or any other voice assistant, so I can't confirm if that route would work. Setting an alarm is at times cumbersome as I am lazy by nature. My old watch did this fine, but did not have the health sensors I wanted.
