On sense..... is there a way to turn off the GPS on the watch and use connected GPS with a phone to save battery life on the watch? Thanks

No, @Mannbrad, the GPS cannot be turned off on the Sense. It is always active.  I have not found it to drain the battery that much, though.

If you look at "Feature Suggestions" - 

You will see down the list a suggestion  Ability to use phone GPS instead of built in GPS on Sense.  I think it is on page 4 of the suggestions. Currently there are 127 votes for this facility, and 8 users have supported the suggestion with comments.
