My Health Metrics on my iPhone have been working fine until the last two days when it stopped showing the graph for SpO2. My Sense shows the data each morning but it doesn't show up on the graph.
I have uninstalled the app, rebooted the iPhone, re-installed the app, but no graph.
Any suggestions?

Same problem for a couple of weeks. Please advise as to how to fix. Clock face showing spo2, I wear it to bed and slowly the readings have disappeared, restarted app, phone, watch and still nothing. Versa 3.

You should post this in the Versa 3 area.

Hi Lizzy.
My firmware version is 44.128.6.12 on my Sense. SpO2 is recorded on my watch face but since 11th March fails to show up in Health Metrics within Android app.
Any ideas what's triggered this sudden failure?

This bedevilled me too but then it suddenly started working again and has been relatively reliable over last 2 weeks (though always lagging 24hours). Rebooting has fixed this in past but didnt come right time until 5 days after a reboot. The syncing code for SPO2 seems as flaky as hell. No idea why it is different from other metrics. It seems that if are in a timezone well ahead of GMT, then it will lag 24 hours too.
