I have exactly the same sense watch as my husband it was bought at the same time, his has health metrics mine hasn't, I have done everything recommended to solve this but nothing is working!

@Forchilds, do you mean that Health Metrics is no visible on your phone app? If so, are both of you running the same version of the Fitbit app? If you are not sure, so to the Account screen and select the Help & Support link to determine the app version.

You might try adding the Health Metrics Tile.
In the phone App click on edit and scroll to the bottom and see if there is a tile to be added.
