The heart rate monitor on my Sense seems to be inaccurate. I just assumed that it was recording my heart rate higher than my previous Garmin. However, during a pretty intense weights session today, which I was tracking with the Sense, my heart rate was almost 10 beats less than my resting heart rate. Then, when I'm almost falling asleep, my hear rate is over 100. Either I have a serious medical problem or something is not working with the watch. I'm leaning towards the latter.

Yeah, this is a known issue. I'm also pretty new to the Sense and especially during workouts like HIIT or weight lifting the Sense gives very inaccurate heart rate readings. Hope this issue gets solved as soon as possible. In another thread here Fitbit already acknowledged this problem but they can't fix it immediately ...

That’s exactly how I see it too.
Doing gym exercises light lifting weights and similar the heartbeat is up to 20 bpm to low.
when doing spinning exercise, the heartbeat rate is correct in my tests.
It look like the sensor has problems to detect the correct heartbeat when the arm is moving and not constantly in the same position.
