Heart Rate Monitor Very Inaccurate

Working out today using a Peloton heart rate monitor and my Fitbit Spence and the FitBit HR never got over 120 when my HR was actually in the 170s for most of the workout.  I took pics of my Fitbit next to Peloton screen but can’t figure out how to post them here.  First pic shows Fitbit HR at 88 while Peloton is at 163. The second pic shows Fitbit HR at 120 while Peloton is at 171.  I would love for FitBit to contact me to discuss this.

Hi, @Snap_Dragon  - have a look in the forum for other HR posts similar to yours. It seems to be a common issue, though mine is the opposite during light spinning, Sense shows 140 when all other instruments show 70!

You will note that while stationary a few minutes the HR is probably accurate.

Be careful with such sustained high HR over a period of time.
