I got this for Christmas and have tried to give it a legitimate chance. The heart rate tracker doesn’t work when I start a workout. I did everything the Fitbit support told me and got a replacement, same exact issue! My heart rate never even gets in the cardio zone when I start a workout and as soon as I stop the workout the heart rate goes up. If I don’t start a workout I have to hope it will automatically read a workout. For a fitness tracker this is ridiculous!! Trouble shooting and trying to give it a chance I’m now stuck with this horribly expensive, worthless watch since it’s outside of the return date? I’ve had the ionic and versa, I’m doing 5ks and pretty intense workouts, never had a problem before until I got this watch.

I’d just sell it and put the proceeds to another watch. You can also gift it to someone.

I have been on Fitbit series from its very first model, kept on upgrading as they are being released. Spent a lot of money each time. I found that its a waste of money and re-thinking my strategy. With Fitbit sense, I didnt find a lot beyond what fitbit Versa is offering. I guess, I am done with my spending spree on Fitbit gear. Even my Aria 2 is also not of much value beyond the Aria 1 OR other similar and low cost alternatives.
Unless and otherwise Fitbit makes all their premium services open for their front line devices, its not worth. I will plan on selling my Sense and Aria 2 real soon.
