Hi,
Because of a health issue, I am monitoring my heart rate during the day. I updated the app this morning and when I checked it tonight, all the data was gone.
It shows the resting heart rate, but not the graph of how it has been going for a long while.. even previous days are missing. I really need to be able to see that information.
please advise.

Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity
Funny thing is, I just got my 3rd year anniversary badge today.... And went looking at Apple Watches.
I just did an export of my data and it is actually there. The export is really good cause it shows the heart rate every 10 seconds. If you do the data export, the heart rate ingo is under physical activity.
Best AnswerIf you get the chance, have a look for it and about it. There is a thing in the fitbit app that sends you to the website where you can request it. There are a couple of emails that will get sent and you will be able to get it.
Good luck

Best AnswerJust a quick update, I have contacted Fitbit Support (finally worked out that I needed to be signed in to google to access the chat).
They have asked questions, got a screen shot and will be escalating the issue to a higher tier of support and then getting in touch. When I hear something back, I will update here with the info
