Heart rate graph doesn't show for elliptical

Since the new app format, the heart rate graph doesn’t show after I exercise on the Elliptical.  However, it does show for spinning. I have to manually start my Sense to track spinning, but the elliptical is captured automatically - that shouldn’t make a difference, but…???

Mine also stopped showing up and my exercises log incorrectly too. Sometimes it doesn’t know at all when I use the elliptical, today it said it was a walk and when I updated it to elliptical I lost some data.
