My Fitbit is stuck in all format settings display is in black and white 24hr mode is stuck can’t open settings I’ve tried everything but can’t get it to work.

Hi @Arthur73 - have you tried double tapping the watch or swiping the whole watch face right and turn off the Always On option or holding the watch button for a full 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
