Heart rate sense NOT recording property

I decided to upgrade to Sense from Versa.  I'm so sorry I did!  The Sense records my heart rate 50 beats slower than it actually is, thus skewing the results of my zone minutes, calories burned  and my actual efforts.  I'm very dissatisfied with Fitbit.

Yeah, the HR monitor is not dependable, except for maybe the trends you may notice. Fitbit doesn't seem to acknowledge that it has any issues. It's like they're thinking is "maybe if we ignore the complaints long enough they'll just go away." What we'll do is go away to another product. I thought it was acceptable for the first month or so after release, you know, working out the bugs and all, but nothing has changed. It's absurd and terrible customer service and PR. Eventually a Fitbit moderator might reply with a stock answer from their script thanking us for joining the forum and telling us how sorry they are that we're having these issues and they're doing everything they can, maybe the problem is how you wear it, blah, blah, blah. 👎

I've had my Sense for about 2 weeks now.  Noticed that anything above 120bps is just super inaccurate.  I know this for two reasons... my blaze was fairly close on my other arm, (was usually correct within 5 bps) and because I counted my own heart rate for 6 sec and multiplied by 10.

It's always off between 40-70 bps with anything over 120, and yes that means my heart rate was at 190 (I can max it up there with hiit workouts) .

I feel resting hr and just normal throughout the day hr is probably correct.  I bought this watch specifically for hard-core work outs tracking,  and it's not even doing that right!

I'm also constantly pausing the workout with the "side" button push.  It even gets initiated from underneath the device,  not only the side.

And finally,  GPS won't even sink!  I'm about to return this thing,  almost running out of patience!

Same problem-Sense reading heart rate much lower than is actually the case. I also have an Ionic. When I exercise the Sense is not even close to accurate. I have tested by manually taking my pulse during a short break and by also wearing the Ionic. An example, just this morning I used a rower, exercised at a high rate for 50 minutes. The sense reported 34 active minutes the ionic reported 81 active minutes. About half way through the workout the sense was reading about 50 bpm lower than the ionic. The manual check was close to the ionic. My sense unit is an early production unit.
