I've had my Sense for almost a week and never gotten any breathing rate data or heart rate variability data in the Health Metrics area of the "Today" app. I do, however, see heart rate data and how it varies in the heart rate monitor area of the "Today" app. So far, the Health Metrics area seems to be rather worthless. I have a Premium membership also. I've also tried unsuccessfully to find any support online for how to troubleshoot these data issues.

Hi @mgweatherly. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for letting me know that your data isn't showing up on the Health Metrics tile, and for the steps tried on your own. Just to confirm, are you able to see your skin temperature and SpO2 data on that tile? Is the Fitbit app updated to the latest version? Also, what is the model and OS/software version of your phone?
Even though you've tried some steps, please give a try to the following:
I look forward to your response.

Hi.
I have a new versa3 and i've tried all the steps above and I'm not getting any Health metrics either. Only the resting heart rate one.
Have updated everything in the app too. Can you help?
Kate

Hi @Monkeylady78. Welcome on board.
Thanks for following the steps suggested in my post. Because your post didn't mention, may I know the model and OS/software version of your phone? Do you have the SpO2 app or clock face installed on your Versa 3? Have you been wearing your watch while sleeping? Please let me explain that it's required to wear your watch while sleeping so it can track your information and display it in the Health Metrics tile. In the case of the skin temperature, the Fitbit app needs 3 nights of skin temperature data to estimate your personal baseline temperature before it's displayed in that tile.
That being said, I'd recommend you to restart your watch to refresh its performance, wear it about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone and sync it as soon as you're awake to check your details.
I look forward to your response.
