No Menstrual Health Tile available on sense.
I have just upgraded from a versa 2 to a sense. All my “today” data has been saved and is showing in the app. And all except the period information is showing on the watch.
I don’t have the period tile when I edit the today app on the sense device. I have restarted and synced the sense multiple times.

@AMorgz Try logging out and back in to fitbit app. If this doesnt help try reinstalling fitbit app. Finally make sure that in your profile, your gender is set to female.

I all the above and it is still not an option as a tile. My profile has always been set to female, as I had a versa 2 and was shown on that device. But I don’t even have the tile option on the sense device.
My male partner with his male profile has the period option tile on his device - but it is not on mine.

Hi I have removed the sense, reconnected it. Signed in and out of my account, made sure it still a female, turned the sense off multiple times and deleted and downloaded the app multiple times... and period tracking is still not a tile option on my device. Can someone please contact me as I would like to return and get a refund for this watch, as it appears to be a lemon. Very disappointed after having such a great experience with the versa 2 - I wish I didn’t upgrade! I purchased my sense directly from Fitbit via the Fitbit website.

@AMorgz this sounds to be like the issue on the backend. I heard similar story - a male user could not remove female tracking. It should not be even available on his Sense. The only advice I can give at this point is:

Hello @AMorgz Welcome to the Community Forums! @Marrrmaduke Thanks for the input!
I would suggest you to please disable some of the tiles you may have, then please sync your Fitbit Sense. After that, restart your Sense by doing the steps here.
Once it is restarted, please sync your Sense at least 2-3 times. Then go to the Today App and look for the Menstrual Health Tile. If it appears, make sure to enable it along with the ones you disabled.
Keep me posted.

@WilsonFitbit So I have been having the same problem as above for weeks now and have tried the above steps several times to fix it but it doesn’t seem to work. I don’t understand why the menstrual health widget worked fine on my versa 2 watch but when I switched my account over to my new sense my menstrual health data is no longer available on the sense watch but only on my fitbit iphone app. It’s not even an option to add the menstrual health stats to my watch from either within the today app on the watch or the widget section no matter what I do. All my other stats synced over fine. It seems like there is clearly a software issue with the menstrual health part as several people have been reporting this issue on the forums for awhile now. Any idea on when an update will be pushed out to fix this? Or if an actual solution has been found? Because resetting and syncing ect does not work. Thanks for your help in advance!

Hello @Kjr13 Welcome to the Community Forums! Thank you for the troubleshooting steps you've followed!
I'm very sorry for the experience. Could you please try to un-pair your device and setup again? This is in order to see if this helps to get the Menstrual health stat back.
To remove your Fitbit device:
-Log into your Fitbit App
-Tap on your profile picture
-Tap on your Fitbit device image
-Tap on the trash icon at the upper right corner on the App.
-A message will pop up, tap on "Unpair"
Then please restart your device and perform the following:
*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request. Also, please make sure no other mobile devices are nearby as this can interfere with the set up or sync process. For more information about the Setup process, please check: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Keep me posted.

@WilsonFitbit So I followed the steps again, still no luck. Maybe photos will help better explain what I am talking about. Since this forum doesn’t seem to allow you to post images directly here is a link to my photos of what I am talking about https://postimg.cc/gallery/bnM89Pd When I go to the advanced stats widget settings, no option for the menstrual health stats even appears (to add or remove). Same thing goes for when I am in the “Today” App on the watch. No option to add or remove the menstrual health stat on it despite the fact that it shows perfectly fine in my IPhone. From reading other user’s forum posts on here it seems female users in particular are having this software glitch whereas men who biologically wouldn’t even need this feature have it show up on their watches no problem. My profile settings have me set as a female as obviously I am one so I am wondering is this part of where the glitch is coming in? I tried switching myself over to male just temporarily and resyncing etc to troubleshoot this but that still didn’t fix the issue so I’m at a loss. Either way this definitely needs to be addressed in the next software update as this is a significant feature that I and other women use on the Fitbit. It is definitely an inconvenience to only have access to it on my iPhone app when it should work on the watch too and is advertised to do so. I’m seriously regretting upgrading to the Sense at this point as my old Versa could handle this no problem. If possible please forward this issue up the chain of command so some of the coders can address the issue for everyone. Thanks again for trying to help! If you’ve got anymore advice on how to fix the problem I’ll keep trying the steps but as an electrical engineering student myself with plenty of tech experience this is certainly seeming like a software problem that needs an update patch to fix 🙂

@Kjr13 Thank you for following the troubleshooting steps!
Since this sounds a bit more serious. I’ve created a support case on your behalf. You should receive an email from Customer support. Note that they may take a bit long to get back to you due to recent events affecting our operation. Otherwise you can contact them directly and mention that you have a case so our team can look it up and assist you from there.
Have a great day!

Hi @WilsonFitbit I have the same issue as @Kjr13
I’ve done all the steps you’ve mentioned above, and still no menstrual health tile. I’ve tried seeking support from Fitbit Australia, with no help - my only option is to return the device as faulty, and receive a refund. I’d rather not have to do this option, as I would be left out of pocket and without a device for up to 6 weeks, and with no reassurance a new device wouldn’t have the same problem.

I just upgraded to the Sense on Sunday and noticed this same issue yesterday. I have tried everything mentioned here and on similar threads with no success. I reached out to support and they said they needed to escalate to the appropriate team.
Curious if anyone has any success.
