I have had my Fitbit for a week and it's still showing 'last night: no data' in the health metrics tab for SPo2.
I have changed to the watch face to see if it works and it gives me a score on that, as as the graph showing dots form every night, it's just never given me any details, it shows in my personal range and I have 5 dots showing on the graph, but just always tells me theres no data.

Thanks for your efforts while troubleshooting your Sense. This is odd as that tile should show your SpO2 data as long as you have the app or clock face installed. Because this isn't your case, I'd suggest to get in touch with our Support team so they can evaluate your watch's behavior and provide you with further assistance.
