Heart rate spikes during sleep

Has anyone else been getting crazy high heart rate spikes while they're sleeping? The past 3 nights I've had spikes from 134-148 for 15-40 minutes in the middle of the night. My watch isn't loose or anything so I'm hoping it's a glitch.

Is your spo2 normal? Do you have sleep apnea?

That is crazy high and especially for 15-40 minutes.

I think sleep walking wouldn’t do that. Maybe sleep running. Nightmares perhaps but again that would have to be night terrors.

The duration is really long too.

Like previously asked by ChrisC1969 what, is your oxygen variation doing at those time’s?
