Edited to add: It seems it takes a little while, but now my zones have adjusted!
I've been prescribed a med that lowers my heart rate.
Now I'm struggling to get past the light zone and Fitbit is telling me constantly that I'm under training.
I've set my max heart rate to a lower number, but it doesn't seem to change the zone numbers.
Is there anything else I can do?

@siskiou I'm happy that you got it to change. I can do it on the iOS version (with a lot of force quitting and restarting the app and so on). But I have some Android using friends who can't change theirs at all. I looked at your profile and saw that you posted in the Android app forum. What magical step worked, if you remember?

Hi @siskiou and @LZeeW, thanks for stopping by, I hope you're doing well.
Let me help you set up heart rate notifications.
Sense notifies you when your device detects that your heart rate is outside of your high or low thresholds while you appear to be inactive for at least 10 minutes.
First, your thresholds are based on your age and typical resting heart rate. However, you should be able to change these thresholds by doing the following:
