Hi.
i did several ECG sessions, after the session ends i waited for about 10 minutes, didn't get the popup to get the PDF.
in the notification i see a notification saying the PDF is ready but clicking on the notification - nothing happens.
any suggestions?

@dvdscr, ensure you have enabled permissions in your app to allow it access to the data. Here are the permissions mine currently has in the phone Settings->Apps->Fitbit->Permissions:

@USAF-Larry ,
thought about that one but as you can see the permission is allowed.
Also 2 things -
1. if the permission was not allowed the application would have asked for it, it didn't.
2. After i do the ECG i should get a popup saying the PDF is ready (i saw it in some videos) but there's no popup and notifications are allowed so it should work.

I haven't seen a popup on android. After doing the EGG I go to Discover - Assessments & Reports - Heart Rhythm Assessment - View Results.
Tap the entry with today's date. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Export.
It is now I get the popup and tap view then I get the option to download or share.
When I tap download the report gets dumped into my browser download directory. It will start with your registered name, no spaces. That is the name at the top of your settings page.

Thanks for trying to help but after going a round with the Fitbit 1st tier support it looks like it's something deeper then that.
there is a ticket for their developers, they'll try to help me fix it.
