I’ve noticed that on more nights than not, my sleeping heart rate is higher than my resting heart rate for 60%-85% of the time. Rarely is it lower. Haven’t been drinking, have good sleep hygiene, have had my heart looked at for other things (Zio patch, ultrasound, and EKG) - so I can’t find the culprit. I don’t snore, don’t have apnea, oxygen levels are normal.
what gives? I do exercise every day - incorporating strength and cardio. Def not overweight - I’ve actually lost 8lbs in the last 2.5mos from eating healthy/clean and working out.
The only thing I can think of is that I tend to be an anxious person. Thoughts?

Wow that's a big discrepancy from your normal. If anything, the percentages look flipped. Even my worst restoration score of a 17/25 had a 50% above average and that was a one-time thing. After that the worst I've had was around 35% above average. Any crazy dreams or worries about the day that happened or the day coming up?

I do feel like I have crazy dreams - I’m a notoriously bad sleeper. It takes me a while to fall asleep and I’ve started trying CBD oil / gummies to help me stay asleep.

Did the high RHR coincide with taking gummie CBD? I read where that can happen. Some people have adverse reactions if dose is too high.

@Brittneyneff this may help. I just ordered one but haven't received it yet. Reviews are on YouTube. You can use it just before bed. https://www.getsensate.com/
