Are other people still having problems with their Hourly Activity (250+ steps/hr goal) not tracking on the Sense? I saw that it was a known issue, but the most recent post on it was more than a year ago. Mine just started malfunctioning yesterday. It's tallying my steps on the "Today" screen just fine as a total. But the Hourly Activity (little burgundy icon, with dashed circle indicating hours goal was met) is not registering that I've walked 250+ steps in an hour.
I work in a Library, and am pretty familiar with the number of steps taken in my daily route around the stacks since I started working here (due to OCD habits), as my brand-new Sense was functioning properly for more than a month before now. This failure to record step goal success in the Hourly Activity widget just started yesterday.
I chatted online with a support rep for about an hour yesterday trying t resolve the issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, synced my device, unpaired and repaired Bluetooth to my device, restarted my Sense and my phone, etc.
Nothing helped. The support rep said he would send me a follow-up email with further suggestions and/ or solutions, but I haven't received anything yet.
I love my fitbit, and my frustration with a malfunctioning Hourly Activity widget demonstrates that. But this sudden failure of a function that used to operate perfectly is just not O.K. Please help! This is driving me crazy!

Hi @ULibWalker - have you considered a work around clock face from the gallery, such as SimpleClockPro, which permanently shows steps done, or left to do, for Hourly Activity and also an overview of the steps done for each hour for the day?
That way you get the information you are looking for directly on the watch face.
