I would like to set an hourly reminder to correct my posture. I don't want to manually set an alarm for every hour of the day. Is there an app or something that will help me do this?

Actually I figured out a way to do it. I added a random habit tracking app to my phone and then set reminders there and allowed it to push to my Sense. The reminders come thru just like a reminder to move or drink water. Works great and I am already feeling the benefit of those "sit up straight" reminders. Which is great because my posture issues have progressed to causing nerve problems and I really needed this.

Probably easier to use your phone to set an alarm that could hopefully then notify the watch, though if you look through the threads the vast majority seem to be all about syncing issues, in fact my own Versa 3 hasn't synced since Wednesday and my wife's Sense has synced only twice in the last two weeks.

seems odd.  What phone(s) do you use?

you could use the "Reminder to Move" app built into the system.

I figured out something like this using an app on my phone for forming habits. I haven't had any issues synching recently. A month or two ago I had one or two issues. I think I restarted my phone to fix it. Then it stopped. So far all my reminders are coming thru great!

Hi @CBV2 not odd at all if you look through the forums there are plenty of threads about issues with syncing.  My wife and I both have iPhones both of which are running iOS 14.4.2.  Her Sense is the latest 44.128.4.17 and my Versa 3 is also on the latest firmware.  As a CC member I know how to correctly pair the watches with the phones, but I and many others are having constant syncing issues.  My Versa 3 hasn't synced for 5 days now and her Sense for 3 days.  As I only use my Versa 3 for testing anyway it doesn't affect me as my Garmin is flawless with syncing, but it is annoying for my wife as with her severe refractory eosinophilic asthma, she has the Sense to track her Sp02 levels and as it doesn't sync it is effectively useless.  She had a Garmin Vivomove but as she walks with crutches due to her arthritis it didn't track her steps correctly so I gave her the Sense when I received it.

So no not odd, but in fact very common when you read through these forums.

I have had no trouble with syncing, but it does seem to be a very common issue. I hope it improves for you.
