I had a Sense for 15 months. I loved it. It died after I swam with it in the pool for 15 mns.
Unfortunately the Fitbit help didn’t help. So I ordered a new Sense and it came with 6 months free subscription to the premium fitbit. When I activated it, fitbit charged me $79 for a year subscription. I called and asked them to cancel the charges. They cancelled the subscription but not the charges.
the service since Google took over had been really bad. Did you have similar problems? How can I resolve this issue?

I thought the free subscription was per device but it looked like ot's per account. In my case, i had charge 5 for 3 months but die to battery drain issue, I opted for the offer to get a new product for half the price. The charge 5's subscription that will end in Dec is also the same date that I got for the Sense.
