How can I turn off heart rate zone notifications in exercise mode on the Sense?

Is there a way to turn off heart rate zone notifications while in exercise mode on the Sense? The vibrations mid-workout can be distracting. Thanks!

In the Exercise App, after you select the workout type, not the small arrow at the bottom of the screen, indicating more screens below.  Scroll down to see the setting to turn the heart rate zone notifications on or off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
