How can I turn up volume on Alexa?

How can I turn up volume on alexa I can't hear it, I need to turn it up, please fitbit it's a whisper I don't want my watch shoved against my ear

I understand what you're referring to and once you've said your request, tap the speaker icon > - icon or + icon to adjust the speaker volume. Please give it a try and let me know how it goes.

Good morning,
I have tried that but it's too low, seems alot of people r requesting a way
to turn it up for everything.

Thanks for trying the steps suggested above. Fitbit has received feedback about the speakers volume not being too loud and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. At this moment I'd recommend restarting your watch to refresh its performance and see if that helps. Please know that your comments won't go unnoticed as they'll help us to improve the Sense and its features.

I have tried everything there needs to be a hardware update since alot of
people are complaining about this issue.

Hi all, 

 

The issue is the volume at all. Per specifications only 75 dB with a distance of pess than 4 inch. At exactly that's the issue - you need to put your watch next to your ear.

The + / - of Alexa works. Just press twice or more the - button. After that you will notice that the volume will increase by pressing the + again.
