How do I access stats after unpairing Sense?

Can we not access stats if our device is not paired? I unpaired my Fitbit and now I don’t see sleep, stress, floor climbed and others. How can I access them if I don’t have a paired device?

Thank you

I also just wondered if you had tried looking at the fitbit.com dashboard to see if stats are there, maybe not as fully or displayed as used to seeing them but might be interesting to see, unless that's already been covered

As long as you are logged into your account, you should be able to see all your data.  The exception would be you wouldn't be able to see any data that hadn't yet been synced; that is when your data goes from your Fitbit device to the main fitbit database, and where phone gets its data to display.  That would make your data incomplete.

But if it looks like they are just completely missing from you phone display there could be other explanations.

Tap Edit near top right to see if any of missing circles near top are just x'ed out.  Scroll down to "Additional Stats" to see if any Tiles are there to be added back.

Hi, @Sematarium , if you unpair your Fitbit you may have difficulty syncing reliably.

Having said that, from the screen shot you have shared it looks like these “tiles” may be hidden on the app.  Please try clicking on the Edit button just to the right of the word “Today” and add in the missing tiles.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

Unfortunately the tiles are gone, they are not displayed. You can check it by unparing your own Fitbit from your account 😞

Why would I want to do that?

It doesn't look like you can add tiles, it's sad that we cant see that info if we don't have a paired device (lets say if I had to send my fitbit off for repairs)

Many reasons, if its broken or if I was counting floors with my sense or sense 2 and switched to charge 5, then the floors tile is gone and I cant access previous data.

It sounded like you were challenging me to unpair mine as a test to prove your point, and I'm not willing to take that challenge, just as a test case.  That's all.

No sir I don't want you to unpair your fitbit, I simply want to see if google would allow us to access our data without having a device paired to the phone. It is all stored on their servers so I am not seeing why they wouldn't allow us to access data it is not like it is stored on your fitbit device.

Hi there, @Sematarium@JohnnyRow and @Julia_G Thanks for your help.

@Sematarium Thanks for the information and screenshot provided, as well as your efforts on this matter. Before anything else, let me clarify that the tiles displayed on the Fitbit app depend if a Fitbit device is paired, and if that device supports those stats. For example, the Charge 5 doesn't track floors and for that reason the floors tile won't be available unless a device that supports that information is connected to your account.

I understand how important your history data is for you and I'm sorry if this causes any inconvenience. Please know that you can always export your Fitbit data with the instructions described here.

It looks as if the new update to the fitbits app solved the problem.
