I see other threads for other devices that indicate an Exercise Interval setting, but I can't find this anywhere on my Dashboard. Instructions for other devices say it appears when you select your device. Nothing there. When I select Activity & Wellness settings > Exercise, there is also nothing there for configuring intervals. When I set Intervals as my exercise on the watch, the default is 10 minutes. This must be here somewhere. What am I missing>

I've found the settings on fitbit.com but this can't be the only place to set it, is it? If I want to change this on the fly, I've got to navigate to the website? How can the app not have this setting? I still feel I must be missing something.

Hello @bullcitydave and welcome to the Help forum. The interval settings are set on the Sense device itself. When you choose the Interval Workout shortcut on the Sense, you will see a tiny "^" at the bottom of the screen. Swipe up. Tap on the Interval icon in the upper right and enter your settings there. The Interval Workout can use GPS and you toggle it on/off there, too.
Every shortcut has its own "^" for customizing its settings.
Trying to make that change on the web dashboard won't work at all. I reported it to Fitbit when I first found it.
