How do I adjust the display so the time goes off?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

After an update (I think) the time on my display won't go off.  It's on day and night, whereas before everything turned off until I shook my wrist or pushed the button on the side.  The rest of the display goes off, but the time (and I have it in large numbers) stays on.  Thanks in advance for any help!

Figured it out!

Hello @LGilbard and welcome to the Community.  I'm glad you figured it out.  I'm going to explain the issue, because your experience is very common.  Fitbit touch screens are very sensitive.  You took a few inadvertent swipes and turned on your Always On display.

I want to add a personal experience.  Fitbit didn't always have a sleep mode or the ability to set a sleep schedule for its devices.  Once, I started the Exercise app in my sleep.  My Fitbit woke me up when I got the vibration that the GPS connected for my run!
