Swiping feature on Sense

The swiping feature from my main screen is not working suddenly. It only displays 2 messages. 

I can't swipe to alarms, weather, etc. or other features. 

Not sure if hot weather yesterday had anything to do with it.

Sorry to see you're having trouble with your Sense. 

The first troubleshooting step is usually to try to restart your device. You may need to do this several times. If this is not successful, please let us know.

Also, do you have the original Sense or Sense 2? We may want to move your post to the appropriate Sense help forum to get you better assistance.

Adding on to what @RiekoC mentioned, you could also factory reset the watch.  Assuming you have a Sense 1, hold your finger over the sensor on the side of the watch for about 15 seconds and it will reset itself.

Mine will not swipe at all and barely keeps the screen on for you to try anything. 

1) I have rebooted it multiple times

2) Changed the clock interface but the some of the clocks still don't work with it like SP02 ones so they just go back to a random clock face 

3) thinking of doing a factory reset but don't quite know how yet... still need to google it.   Very annoying! I swore I had a Sense 2 but fitbit app only says "Sense" and the firmware is is 44.128.6.17 cannot find anything 'about device' to see if that firmware is correct or when I first registered the watch.   (The question is in the specks online it says the Sense 2 does floors climbed but Sense 1 doesn't do floors but mine does floors and swimming.)   This is all very weird.
