How do I change the date or time on my new Sense?

I got given my fit bit yesterday and have no clue how to change date or time

Once your Fitbit has been setup in the app it will reset the date and time automatically whenever it syncs with the app. Have you setup your fitbit yet? If not, here's a guide for doing that: Help article: How do I set up my tracker?

just got back from USA and Canada - fitbit changed time with each local time zone (east to west and back again over 30 days) however, on return to UK the time will not reset.  Have run battery down twice, sychronised many times with phone, switched blue tooth off and on, re-booted fitbit twice, updated GPS twice.

all other elements working normally.  It is a fitbit charge 5.

I have run out of ideas, hope you can help.

Same problem here after returning to home timezone everything works OK except the time.
