Greetings: Had my Sense for about 3 weeks: All seems fine.
Wanted to check everything is at current level, thus to check firmware version. Looked up guidance here..
https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1871.htm
- which told me... (go to link to get full info...)
###How do I find the version number for my Fitbit device?
In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab
your profile picture
your device image. The firmware version number appears under your device's name.
####
- happily on the app, tap Today tab, but I am unable to find any "profile picture" nor any "device name"..
Guess that's me being a dump 74-yr old: Any pointers, please??
Regards & thanks in advance...

You can do this right on your wrist @theartfullodger
Swipe to setting - tap - Swipe up to About Sense - Tap About.
On the Fitbit app, tap the top left corner (where your picture, if you set one, would be) to go to Account.
Tap Sense. Look at the top of your screen.
According to this page, the latest is 44.128.6.12
bg
The Today screen will open by default, but the tab is found in the lower left corner
