No can do YouTube Music.  Playlists from Deezer or Pandora if have Premium on those services, or control Spotify playing on your phone.  That's it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

FitBit and You Tube are both owned by Google (Alphabet).  So what you are saying is I can't use my You Tube Music subscription on my Sense?  That is like saying I can't get parts or service from Ford for my F250 SuperDuty I have buy parts and service from a Chevy or Ram dealer.

@KB9WNS As much as you post, would think you'd know better. Sense came out before Google bought Fitbit. Fitbit might have a prior agreement with Spotify and Deezer right now. Google pay isn't available either. We'll see what happens next. There are rumors of Sense 2 and Versa 4 coming either very soon or around August. I'll agree that products designed AFTER Google took over, should have these features.

It's going to be the Pixel watch to complement the Pixel phones which I own a Pixel 4XL and a Pixel 6 Pro. Google formally offered to buy FitBit on 1 November 2019 likely for their patents, ip and customer base. There was much speculation prior to that and as a shareholder of 1000 shares of FIT we had that gut feeling that the company was up for sale as early as 2017.

@KB9WNS   Google may have offered to buy Fitbit in 2019, but the sale wasn't complete until Jan 2021.  The Sense was released in 2020.  So, I'm with @TommyIzzo on this.  Adding YouTube Music to Fitbit might be a work in progress, but I can't find any mention of it.

Google may own YouTube and Fitbit.  To the best of my knowledge, they still are considered two separate companies.  Adding YouTube music to Fitbit isn't as seamless as you think it should be.

Sense was released in Sept 2020 which means it's likely a legal contractual issue.  Android Central has an article regarding potential leaks of a Sense 2/Versa 4  The Pixel watch is rumored to be a premium priced product at $399 and runs Wear OS 3.  I suspect the Sense 2, if it exists, is a major improvement fix for the existing Sense.
