Hi there, @RobK2021. Welcome to the Community Forums. I understand how important is to you to show this data to your doctor.
For more information, see How do I export my Fitbit account data?
Hope that helps.

That does not help at all. I am specifically looking for my Heart Rate data only. I need it in such a way that it shows my specific pulse at a specific time ect, much like the app shows it
This is for my doctor to be able to review

@RobK2021 Please note heart rate is currently available through export up to 31 days of your recent Fitbit data, or an archive of your Fitbit data for the lifetime of your account.
While we don’t currently have plans to release this export in Excel or CSV format, it is available in JSON. Heart rate data and trends are also available in our new Wellness Report, under our Fitbit Premium subscription, so they are easily shareable with your medical practitioner.
To learn more about how Fitbit decides which suggestions get developed, visit our FAQs. We're always striving to enhance Fitbit products and services, and your input is a big part of that process.

I'm on my fitbit account and just downloaded the last 31 days of all available data (except food). The heart rate data is not available even as a daily average.
Note your answer was a bit confusing. You said "While we don’t currently have plans to release this export in Excel or CSV format, it is available in JSON." The export options are CSV or Excel. JSON is not an available export option.
So how can I get electronic copies of my heart rate data?

As a heart patient, I strongly advise you not to take very seriously Sense heart rate values per se, unless you have checked them by using, at the same time and for some time, a second accurate heart rate measuring instrument, like e.g. a clinical pulse oximeter.
I had several scares at the beginning, until I realized those unexpected heart rate peaks of 120-140 bpm or more were totally fake. We have to learn how to wear Sense and how to use its heart rate data... or not. This whole learning process took me a few months. But I still get those fake HR peaks quite often. For some people with a heart condition, this can be of paramount importance.
The way Fitbit advertises Sense capabilities, namely heart rate monitoring, can actually be dangerous for some people's health. Just saying that Sense is not a medical device seems very short to me. When buying Sense, nobody expects its heart rates can be so wildly wrong so often.
Going a little bit further, I now believe that probably there is not in the market any fitness watch that provides heart rate readings accurate enough 24/7 for medical purposes. Except if you use the FDA approved ECG app on the watch, which is quite good, but that's another story.
On the bright side, some chest straps provide quite accurate heart rate measurings. But Fitbit still doesn't work with chest straps...
Concerning the Cardiogram app mentioned by @Giampi71 , I just checked on Google Play Store and it doesn't support Fitbit Sense yet. It supports other previous Fitbit models, though. But I couldn't find any mention to data exporting capabilities.

you have not indicated how to export what she asked why?

so in order to get it in csv form you need to pay MORE MONEY?

@duke29 , maybe this Fitbit Help page can help:
How do I export my Fitbit account data?
Please let us know if it worked.

Here's how I do it.
From the dashboard on the fitbit web site look at the top of the window that says fitbit. On the right there is a light grey emblem that looks like a gear. Click on that and select settings. On the left side there is an entry for data export. To get the heart rate data you have to export your account archive. The downloads at the top of the page do not have heart rate details.
So you click the request data button and you will eventually get an email that you have to respond to. Then they start gathering the data. After a while you will get an email saying the data is available. Go back to the same page and at the bottom there will be a download button. That will download a lot of data in a number of folders. One of those folders is titled "physical activity". In that folder there is a set of files titled "heart_rate-date" with one file per day. The data is in a JSON file so you'll have to find a way to extract it. I use brute force and excel in a very inelegant way so may approach won't be that helpful for you.
Good luck

the heart rate data looks like this, and the time is GMT, not local time. Data is every 5 seconds.
[{
"dateTime" : "03/02/21 08:00:03",
"value" : {
"bpm" : 81,
"confidence" : 3
}
},{

Thanks for your help. It is greatly appreciated.
Now wouldn't it be nice if they actually came out with some reports that were user friendly...lol

On my fitbit sense 2 there is no assessments & reports to click on see all on :'(
I need this for my doctor, this is the whole reason I got a fitbit. I also can't find any of the daily heartrate ECGs on the website, only the ones I logged as doing sports with.
Pretty bizarre that I chose an FDA approved unit and I can't get at the reports!
Also just saw you can vote for this feature here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Product-Feedback/Export-Heart-Rate-Variability-HRV-Data/idi-p/458722...
