Sense won't charge

My FitBit Sense won't turn on. I have tried How Do I Clean my Fitbit and buying a new charging cable and using different outlets.

I have been using it regularly since buying it at the end of 2021. It is out of warrenty but hoping FitBit would help. I really liked using it.

Hi @ak45657 - was there any problem with it before it won't turn on?

After leaving on charge for an hour, hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears, hopefully.

If that doesn't work check the charge cables very carefully. How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Also check if it is syncing in the Fitbit App, to determine if there is a screen fault or it is just not charging.
