I had my Sense replaced because of damage abs I really liked the watch face I had downloaded from the FitBit app. But my replacement Sense has the default watch face. How can I get the old one back? I think I might have paid for it but I simply don’t recall.
help!!

download the clock face again. I have to do that sometimes with the weather app I paid for.

I would if I knew the name of the watch face!! That’s the issue.
isn’t there some record of that in the FitBit App?

Hi @JMBORD. Welcome on board. @lablover55 Thanks for stopping by to help our member.
@JMBORD Thanks for the detailed information. I'm glad that you've received your Sense replacement and please let me explain that currently there isn't a record of what clock faces or apps have been installed on the Fitbit app. I understand how helpful this would be for you and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. My best advice is to search for your clock face based on keywords such as the color or design in the Fitbit App Gallery.
I'd also encourage you to check this idea requested in the Feature Suggestions board and support it by adding your vote. The more votes an idea receives, the better chance it has of getting the attention of the developers.

@JMBORD If you paid it I suggest to go through your emails looking for something like "k-pay" or "clock". You should be able to find the activation code hence retrieve the name of the clockface.
