One of the 4 pins on the charging cable head is depressed and will not make contact with the watch, rendering it incapable of charging. How do I get a new cable?

If still in warranty, you can contact support. If out of warranty you can buy from the Fitbit Store.
Or in either case, you can find third-party charging cables on Amazon, probably get a couple for less than one from Fitbit, and possibly a lot quicker than trying to warranty replacement. That is a common problem; probably good to get a couple to have a spare.
