Hi @MarieWAmb.
The Daily Readiness Score hasn't been released yet. The following page (here) still states it as "coming soon". Once it's released you will also need to be a Fitbit Premium subscriber to access the feature.
Best Answer"Coming soon" is not entirely true @N8teGee , Charge5 was released with readiness score
Best AnswerYes, you are right @N8teGee , it was announced to be lainched with Charge 5, but ooops, never happened. It's only one name for that. False marketing.
I agree, I'm certainly not a fan of such practices. Unfortunately Fitbit has a history of this, going back as far as the Ionic. Hopefully it's released very soon.
Best AnswerJeg f i Yepp, this is an advertisement today, saying "Charge 5 with readiness score". In Norway, we have if not the best, at least among the best consumer rights worldwide. I have a sense, and for some reason Fitbit refuses to release Google Assistant, with the lamest excuse throughout history. They promoted it, but all of a sudden, we were off the release list. It's not essential to me, but if I want to I can claim a full refund, since they don't deliver.

I can't read Norwegian but of course I trust your explanation (no reason otherwise). I'm sorry @LokeAa but that could be a case of wrong advertisement or a sign that a firmware update is imminent. In fact at this moment no Charge 5 or other Fitbit device have the Readiness score available.
Best AnswerTo be honest I'm not fan of companies who give you a bit of taste and hang you out to dry. And then point you to (Premium) pay more to get the real thing or what in reality makes sense of those stats put out by sense/versa3 etc. Thats why I haven't join the premium until now, not even access the free period.
I just doing like the milking of the customers.
